By purchasing any products, readings, classes, or mentorship sessions from Moonlit Crow LLC, you explicitly agree to the following terms and conditions:

• 1.1 Spiritual and Entertainment Purposes: All readings, divination sessions, spell kits, and energetic services are provided strictly for spiritual, educational, and entertainment purposes. Insights offered are designed as subjective tools for personal growth, self-reflection, and individual transformation.
• 1.2 No Guarantees of Outcome: While Moonlit Crow LLC approaches all work with deep devotion, professional training, and spiritual integrity, no specific outcomes can be guaranteed. Spiritual, ritual, and energetic work rely heavily on personal energy, individual free will, and external variables; therefore, no concrete results are promised, implied, or contractually guaranteed.
• 1.3 Not Professional Advice: Services, consultations, and digital mentorship provided by Moonlit Crow LLC do not constitute, and must not replace, professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice. The practitioner is not a licensed medical provider, therapist, financial planner, or legal counsel. If you are experiencing severe crises or difficulties in these fields, you are urged to consult with a licensed, qualified expert.
• 1.4 Limitation of Liability: In accordance with California civil statutes, by purchasing from Moonlit Crow LLC, you agree that this business, its owners, and its operators are not legally liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, interpretation, or misuse of our products, readings, classes, or services.
• 1.5 Governing Law & Venue: Moonlit Crow LLC originates its digital and physical operations within the City of Clovis, California. You explicitly agree that these Terms of Service are governed entirely by the laws of the State of California. Any legal actions, claims, disputes, or mediations must be filed and settled exclusively within the jurisdiction of Fresno County, California.

• 2.1 Copyright Notice and Ownership: All content, materials, and assets appearing on this website—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, brand names, product descriptions, course curricula, digital download materials, mentorship handbooks, spell kit configurations, imagery, and audio-visual media—are the exclusive intellectual property of Moonlit Crow LLC and are protected under United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. © 2026 Moonlit Crow LLC. • 2.2 Prohibited Acts and Non-Infringement: You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, redistributing, modifying, displaying, publishing, transmitting, or creating derivative works from any content found on this website or delivered through paid services without prior, express written authorization from Moonlit Crow LLC. Unauthorized use or reproduction of these materials constitutes a willful infringement of federal intellectual property laws and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, including seeking statutory damages and injunctive relief.

We dedicate significant time, energetic focus, and material preparation to our sessions and ask that you respect our scheduling commitments in return.

• 3.1 Service Refunds: Because spiritual services, readings, and custom rituals require personalized time and focused energy, all sales are final once a session has commenced, been delivered, or been rendered.
• 3.2 Right to Cancel or Reschedule by Practitioner: Moonlit Crow LLC reserves the absolute right to cancel or reschedule appointments, classes, or services if necessary due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. In such instances, a prompt rescheduling slot or a digital store credit will be issued to the client. No cash or credit card refunds will be provided.
• 3.3 Product Returns & Restocking Fees: Pre-made physical items are eligible for a return if they remain entirely unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. The customer must notify Moonlit Crow LLC and ensure the items are shipped back within 5 business days of receiving your physical item/s. All returns are subject to rigorous inspection before a refund is authorized. Limited-edition kits, open herbs, and custom spell kits are final sale. An industry-standard 20% restocking fee applies to all approved product returns to cover specialized handling and materials. Return postage costs are borne entirely by the customer.
• 3.4 Made-to-Order and One-of-a-Kind Items: All custom, made-to-order, and one-of-a-kind (OOAK) creations are strictly non-refundable and ineligible for return or exchange under any circumstances. Production and shipping lead times for made-to-order items may vary based on material availability and spiritual timing. Clients are strongly encouraged to submit their orders as early as possible to ensure timely receipt in anticipation of a specific event or ritual date.
• 3.5 Shipping and Package Transit Liability: Orders are processed, packaged, and dispatched locally from Clovis, California, within 3 to 5 business days. Once a physical shipment is handed over to a third-party shipping carrier (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx), Moonlit Crow LLC relinquishes physical liability. We are not liable for carrier transit delays, weather disruptions, lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, or carrier damage. All sales tax is applied based on California and local district mandates, including the local Clovis district tax rate totaling 8.975%.
• 3.6 Rescheduling Window: We understand that unexpected schedule conflicts arise. You are permitted to reschedule your Zoom appointment one time without penalty, provided you submit your request at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled start time.
• 3.7 Cancellations and No-Shows: If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, or miss your appointment entirely (defined as arriving more than 10 minutes late to your virtual link), your session is considered a forfeited no-show. In these instances, no refunds or secondary rescheduling options will be provided. A new, full payment will be required to secure a future booking slot.

• 4.1 Age Requirement: To maintain appropriate professional engagement, all divination services, advanced mentorship tracks, and classes are strictly reserved for individuals 18 years of age and older.
• 4.2 Conduct and Substance Prohibitions: To preserve a safe, focused, and respectful environment, the use of alcohol, recreational substances, or mind-altering drugs immediately prior to or during our sessions is strictly prohibited. The practitioner reserves the absolute right to terminate a session immediately, without a refund, if a client displays signs of impairment or non-compliance with this policy.
• 4.3 Right to Refuse Service & Boundaries: Moonlit Crow LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any individual for any reason. This applies to requests that do not align with our personal practice, ethical standards, or professional boundaries. Furthermore, service may be permanently discontinued if a client exhibits signs of unhealthy emotional dependency, harassment, stalking, or abusive behavior toward the practitioner.
• 4.4 In-Person Operations & Safety Protocols: For all services rendered physically or in person, clients must strictly adhere to the designated appointment time to remain compliant with Clovis Municipal Code zoning parameters. The client assumes full physical responsibility during in-person interactions. Clients are required to verbally disclose any physical boundaries, smoke sensitivities, or medical conditions (such as pregnancy or asthma) prior to the start of any ritual work, energy clearings, or handfasting ceremonies involving light physical touch, smoke, or herb burnings.

• 5.1 External Use Only: All oils, washes, sprays, and dried herbal blends purchased from Moonlit Crow LLC are intended strictly for external, ritual use. They are not for human ingestion or cosmetic use.
• 5.2 Allergy Disclaimer & Cross-Contamination: Our natural products are crafted with raw materials and herbs in an environment where various botanical ingredients are handled. Cross-contamination is possible. Moonlit Crow LLC cannot be held liable for allergic reactions, skin irritations, or health issues resulting from the use or handling of our products. Please review all listed ingredients carefully and perform a localized skin patch test before broad application.
• 5.3 Fire Safety and Handling Liabilities: If you purchase candles, loose herbs, charcoals, or resin incense, you assume 100% responsibility for fire safety. All flammable items must be burned exclusively on heat-safe, non-flammable surfaces (such as ceramic or cast iron) and must never be left unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Moonlit Crow LLC is not liable for structural damage, accidental fires, or physical injuries caused by negligence or proper use of our burning ritual tools.

• 6.1 Immediate Waiver of Cancellation Period: All sales of digital products—including but not limited to downloadable PDF guidebooks, pre-recorded audio rituals, digital workshop materials, templates, and video lectures—are final and strictly non-refundable. By completing a purchase of digital content, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that your access to or generation of the digital download link constitutes full delivery of service. Consequently, you voluntarily waive any rights to a cooling-off period, cancellation window, or refund under California civil consumer statutes once the digital asset has been made available.
• 6.2 Authorized Personal Use License: When you purchase digital downloads or media from Moonlit Crow LLC, you are granted a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license strictly for personal, non-commercial use. You may not share, email, re-license, or distribute your download link or the contents within it to any third parties. Any unauthorized sharing or distribution will result in the immediate revocation of your license without a refund and may subject you to statutory damages for copyright infringement.

• 7.1 Statement Recognition: By finalizing your online transaction, you acknowledge and agree that the charging entity appearing on your bank statement, credit card ledger, or payment processor history will display as "Moonlit Crow LLC". It is your sole responsibility to recognize this business name or verify your email receipts before flagging a transaction as fraudulent or unrecognized to your financial institution.
• 7.2 Prohibition of Fraudulent Chargebacks: Any initialization of a chargeback, transaction dispute, or "friendly fraud" claim with your bank, credit card company, or third-party payment processor (such as PayPal, Square, or Stripe) without first initiating a formal, direct written resolution inquiry via our official business email is a material breach of these Terms of Service.
• 7.3 Proof of Delivery and Enforcement: In the event of an unnotified or fraudulent dispute, Moonlit Crow LLC reserves the absolute right to compile and submit comprehensive documentation to your financial institution. This evidence will include but is not limited to your digital signature, your IP address at the time of checkout, timestamps proving agreement to these Terms of Service, order tracking information, and Zoom access logs confirming session attendance. Furthermore, Moonlit Crow LLC reserves the right to recover all transaction reversal fees, administrative costs, and legal fees incurred while successfully defending a validated chargeback.
• 7.4 Debt Collection and Service Bans: Any account or individual associated with a finalized, unreversed chargeback that contradicts our stated Cancellation and Refund Policies will be permanently banned from purchasing physical goods or booking future virtual or in-person services with Moonlit Crow LLC. We reserve the right to report unpaid debts resulting from fraudulent chargebacks to major credit reporting bureaus and collections agencies.
